and speak to one of our self storage professionals. Do I provide my own lock? Who keeps the key?
We provide State of the art locks. We can sell you an additional lock, or you can provide your own to
double lock your unit.
How can I pay my bill? What form of payment do you accept?
You can pay in person by check, cash or major credit card. You can also set up automatic billing at the front office.
Is my rental month-to-month?
Yes, your commitment is month to month. The minimum rental period is one month.
What can I store in my unit?
Furniture, appliances, clothing, kitchen items are all permitted. You may not store perishable or hazardous items.
How much space do I need?
Each customer is different. We will be pleased to assist you in determining your specific requirements.
How long is my term?
Units are rented month-to-month unless you request a long term pricing special.
Do I get a discount if I am renting for a long period?

Is there a deposit?
There is a $20 refundable cleaning deposit required in addition to the pro-rated rent.
What documentation do I need to rent a unit?
You will need a valid driver's license.
What kind of security system do you have?
We have state of the art video surveillance cameras and lighted fenced units. Patrolled by the police nightly
Do you offer boat and RV storage?
We have indoor storage up to 10X30 feet
Do I need Insurance?
Your goods may be covered under your household insurance plan or you may purchase renters insurance from your
insurance agent.. Big John's Storage building is insured but Big John's DOES NOT insure your goods.
